Effective June 15, 2025
By activating or using Circle Wireless service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Overview
Circle Wireless provides high-speed wireless internet service using fixed wireless and mobile technologies. Service availability and performance may vary based on location, network traffic, and equipment used.
2. Billing and Payments
Service is billed monthly in advance.
The standard monthly rate is $99.95, excluding applicable taxes and fees.
Payment is due on the same date each month, based on your original activation date.
Customers may purchase the Dragon Modem for $250 or lease it for $15/month.
3. Paused Accounts
Accounts may be placed on "pause" status for up to 3 months at a time, subject to a $20/month paused service fee, plus modem lease fee if modem is leased.
If the paused service fee is not paid, the account will be considered delinquent.
To reactivate a paused or suspended account, the following must be paid:
All outstanding balances
The $50 Failed Payment & Account Reactivation Fee
The next full month of service
4. Failed Payments
If a payment method fails, service may be suspended within 24 hours unless payment is resolved.
Customers will receive payment reminders before suspension and potential collections action.
A $50 Failed Payment & Reactivation Fee applies to any suspended or delinquent account.
5. Account Cancellation
You may cancel service at any time with written notice via email to GoCircleWireless@gmail.com.
If your modem was leased, it must be returned in working condition within 5 business days to avoid additional charges. Modem fee of $499.99.
Purchased modems may be eligible for buyback within 30 days of cancellation, subject to 30–40% depreciation and condition review.
6. Modem Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the modem and must ensure it is in proper working condition.
Damage, loss, or failure to return leased modems may incur a replacement fee up to $499.99.
7. Data Usage and Speed
While service is unlimited, speeds may vary based on location and network congestion.
Excessive usage may result in deprioritization during peak times.
8. Support
Circle Wireless provides local customer service and same-day support whenever possible.

By using Circle Wireless, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Terms may be updated with prior notice to active customers.
Effective immediately, any account that becomes suspended due to non-payment will be subject to the following reactivation terms:
A $50 Reactivation Fee will apply to restore service.
The full outstanding balance (including any unpaid paused service fees) must be paid.
The upcoming monthly service fee must be paid in advance.
A valid payment method must be on file.
This applies even to accounts on “paused” status. If you do not pay the monthly paused service fee and wish to resume service later, your account will be considered delinquent and subject to the full reactivation process and fee.
Failure to comply may result in permanent account closure.
