Circle Wireless – Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective June 15, 2025


By activating or using Circle Wireless service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Service Overview


Circle Wireless provides high-speed wireless internet service using fixed wireless access and mobile technologies, powered by Nomad Internet via Verizon and T-Mobile Wireless. Service availability and performance may vary based on location, network traffic, and equipment used.


2. Billing and Payments


Service is billed monthly, in advance.

The standard monthly rate is $99.95, excluding applicable taxes and fees.

Payment is due on the same date each month, based on your original activation date.

Customers lease the modem for $15/month.

Initial 14 days of free service requires $25 activation fee and autopay setup. 


3. Paused Accounts


Accounts may be placed on "pause" status for up to 3 months at a time, subject to a $20/month paused service fee + equipment fees.

If the paused service fee is not paid, the account will be closed, considered delinquent and placed in collections. To reactivate a paused or closed account, the following must be paid:

All outstanding balances.

A $50 Failed Payment & Account Reactivation Fee

The next two months service and modem lease fees.


4. Failed Payments


If a payment method fails, service may be suspended within 12 hours unless payment is resolved.

Customers will receive payment reminders before renewal, and communications prior to suspension and potential collections action. A $50 Failed Payment & Reactivation Fee may apply to any suspended, closed or delinquent account.


5. Account Cancellation


You may cancel service at any time by calling (863) 296-8765 or with written notice via email to hello@gocirclewireless.com. If your modem was leased, it must be returned in good working condition within 5 business days to avoid additional charges and collection action. Modem fee of $499.99.

Purchased modems may be eligible for buyback within 30 days of cancellation, subject to 30–40% depreciation and condition review.


6. Modem Responsibility


Customers are responsible for the modem and must ensure it is in proper working condition.

Damage, loss, or failure to return leased modems may be subject to a replacement fee up to $499.99.

Circle Wireless recommends all customers purchase and/or use their own surge protector.


7. Data Usage and Speed


While service is unlimited, speeds may vary based on location and network congestion.

Excessive usage may result in deprioritization during peak times. All stated speeds are no guaranteed. 


8. Support


Circle Wireless provides local customer service and same-day support whenever possible.

By using Circle Wireless, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Terms may be updated without prior notice to active customers.

Circle Wireless Reactivation Policy

Effective immediately, any account that becomes suspended due to non-payment will be subject to the following reactivation terms:


A $50 Reactivation Fee will apply to restore service.


The full outstanding balance (including any unpaid paused service fees) must be paid.


The upcoming monthly service fee must be paid in advance.


A valid payment method must be on file.


This applies even to accounts on “paused” status. If you do not pay the monthly paused service fee and wish to resume service later, your account will be considered delinquent and subject to the full reactivation process and fee.


Failure to comply may result in permanent account closure.
